Minister Nelyo Isaac Sarmento Ignites Inspiration at the Opening of the 3rd National Congress of Committee 12 Novembe
Dili, November 6, 2023 – His Excellency the Minister of Youth, Sports, Arts, and Culture (MJDAK), Nelyo Isaac Sarmento, enthusiastically officially opened the 3rd National Congress of the Committee on November 12.
